Refund policy
We offer a limited 30 Day Return Policy. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
To be eligible- Item must be in original packaging (if applicable), must be new and unused condition and must not be more than 30 days since invoice date. Item must not have electrical components of any kind, must not have gasoline or oil inside the part. Returns are evaluated on a "case-by-case" basis. You may be required to provide images of the item before the return is accepted.
To start a return- Click on the following link "Returns" or contact us at info@fusionspray.net. You will need: your order number (can be found on your receipt or confirmation email), a picture of the item you are looking to return and your reason for returning
If your return is accepted- You will receive an email with shipping instructions. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning items. Once the returned items have been received and inspection is complete, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items (mis-shipment)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the packaging is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. See our Contact Us or contact us at info@fusionspray.net. A shipping claim must be filed and completed before replacements or refunds may be issued. Some exemptions may apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
